Today is the last day at MINDEF for my internship and i must say it has been a tiring experience... Of course, there are fun moments and crazy moments but I must say it gave me the closest experience to working itself. Honestly, i don't really like 8-6 jobs that are far away from home, but they are really nice to give me Christmas presents and we went for a super duper nice Christmas lunch at Verve.
The food there was fantastic. I ate a Pork Rack with Parma Ham and Asparagus - wow it was good. The meat was crispy on the outside, and the first bite was really juicy! yum yum. It was then that i realised another good thing about interning there - all my colleagues are ladies (except for 1)! They always can't finish their food haha, so i ended up eating 2 kinds of pasta, and 2 slices of pizza too. Talking about the pasta, the Confit of duck was HEAVENLY. It's the best pasta i've ever tasted in my life, and i'm not joking. The description alone is delicious enough! "Lean duck served with simple olive oil, garlic, fresh sage and fettucine, topped with wafer-thin crispy prosciutto. Simple. Delicious". Must eat it again i tell u! Go to this website if you want:

Okay, enough about food! Just wanna wish everyone a Merry Xmas here! I'm not financially comfortable now but i still wanna give ppl presents! Hmmm, will see what i can do ><
