"It takes a long time to grow an old friend."

It's a brand new Friday, and my short holiday is already coming to an end. But my morning was special because I spent time with my old, close (and can be considered one of my best) friend.

It's really amazing how the 3 of us manages to stay together after 9-10 years as really great friends. We knew each other in P2, parted in P4 (he went on to GE stream) but we never lost touch. Honestly, I do not share my troubles with them (i do not share them with anybody anyway) to not weigh them down; though we meet up very rarely, we do not talk often on msn, I always feel very comfortable and happy when I spend time with them, when we have those crazy stay-overs when we sleep at 4am to play com games or dai-di.

I woke up at 7.45, but as usual, i lay down for a while and woke up 15 mins later - ending up late. (I just seem to cure this bad habit, grr) But he was completely fine, and before we know it, we just spent about 1hr plus jogging at the stadium, talking about stuff and catching up. Sometimes it's great to have a friend who stays near you. Really, a minute spent face to face is worth 100 times more than a minute spent typing in online conversations.

Anyway, I'm glad to spend the morning doing proper exercise, spend time with my good old friend and take stock of life. There's so much I want to say, but sometimes it's just hard, tiring and time-consuming. I wish I really had more time to do things I really want to do, like visiting the elderly at SPHERE, sleeping more, reading new books, or just sitting down to stargaze with my friends...

Time flies and we always do not know what may come our way. I hope I'll not migrate, but I really want to study in UK/US in the future, and it means leaving my home, leaving my friends and my life behind. How will it be like overseas? How will I do? What will it be like? Will things change? I don't know.

Hmmm, maybe I shouldn't worry till the time comes. But I hope I'll be ready then...
